DMCA and Copyright Reports
This page explains how to identify a copyright concern about material on this publication and distinguishes it from a third-party provider issue.
Identify the material on this publication
For a rights or removal concern about Hitomila, use Rights and removal enquiries . Identify the exact page and the image, text or link involved. Do not send intimate material or unrelated personal documents merely to describe a report.
Hitomila does not host third-party manga chapters, streaming libraries, game files or user uploads. A report about material at an external provider belongs with the service hosting it. The rights contact is an editorial reporting channel; it is not presented as a registered designated-agent contact.
Information that makes a report identifiable
A copyright notice should identify the protected work and the material or location complained about. Include a reply contact, a signature of the rights holder or authorized representative, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and the required statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury.
Use a precise page and item reference
Provide enough information to locate the item without distributing a complete work unnecessarily. If several works are involved, identify them clearly and explain the affected locations. The US Copyright Office’s Section 512 guidance is the official reference for the statutory notice framework.
Review, disputes and contact status
A report should be assessed against the identified material, relevant rights and supporting information. A correction or removal may concern a particular image, statement or link without changing the publication into the operator of an external library. Editorial correspondence should not be published as part of the review. If a removal is disputed, a statutory counter-notice has its own requirements, including identification, contact and jurisdiction statements. Use the Copyright Office guidance and appropriate legal advice for that process. This page does not promise automatic restoration, a fixed response time or an outcome in a particular dispute.
This page does not claim verified safe-harbor status
Section 512 safe-harbor requirements include conditions beyond publishing a notice page; relevant services must designate and register an agent and follow the applicable notice process. No agent name, registration or legal determination is asserted here because none has been supplied and verified. Read About for the existing channels, Terms for content scope and Privacy for handling request information. A copyright report should remain focused on an identifiable concern about this publication. Provider accounts, purchases and hosted material remain separate responsibilities.
